After being in business for over a year, we decided that it was time to assess all aspects of our business and marketing to determine what was working and what needed improvement. This is a process that most small businesses must go through, and it is a valuable exercise that can create continued growth and success. Although it felt overwhelming at times, we worked diligently as a team, to sort through our businesses strengths and weaknesses. We also sought out the help of some of our preferred business partners because we know how valuable it can be to delegate to the professionals!

While the process of assessing and improving our business never ends, we are pleased to announce that we have made great progress, with the help of our terrific team and our talented business partners!

After speaking to our customers, and hearing their feedback, we learned that our website was difficult for them to navigate. They wanted to be able to locate the information they sought, in a few easy clicks or less. They wanted to find pricing, information about spaces, scheduling, and news quicker. We realized that as we had grown and changed, since our beginning, our website had become cluttered and we weren’t serving our customers effectively.

We began the journey of working with a web designer to create a custom website and marketing strategy that would better respond to our customers’ need for simple, clean, easily navigable design. We decided to clarify our purpose even further by changing the business name and website address to Per Diem Workspace.

And of course, we utilized one of our business partners and Per Diem teammate, Jamie Roman, to complete the task of building our new website. We are excited to launch our new site and we invite you to browse it and let us know what you think.
